The St. Christopher's Food Bank and OUTREACH program is there to help them...but it is only possible through your unending generosity!! You are doing Christ’s work now.... “ All glory, laud, and honor to you, Redeemer, King, to whom the lips of children made sweet hosannas ring. “ (Theodulf of Orléans – 820)

The St. Christopher's OUTREACH provides financial assistance to those in the area who are facing eviction, electric cut-off, or other issues. Throughout 2017, your 19 OUTREACH Volunteers manned the OUTREACH Office for 432 hours (MWF 9:30 to 12:00). We have a careful set of procedures prior to providing financial help; and we also limit our assistance. Other Churches in the area work with us to ensure the entire bill of those in need is paid. It is your generosity of direct OUTREACH contributions and also your donations to the poor box that allow this program to work. You enable Christ’s work to be carried “beyond the pews” ! God Bless You!
There were 8 St. Christopher’s workers (including one teenager) this past Saturday who worked on building a home at 314 Little Kidwell Road in Centreville. We were joined by the prospective homeowner and a team from Rutgers University (who spent their Spring Break here). Lots of work was accomplished (roofing plywood installed, wall “stringers” all around –to attach siding in the future, internal wall and closet braces). A great day!! Please consider joining us for our next Habitat day 21 April!!!! If interested, please contact Dick Moore, irpmoore@verizon.net “ Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain..” (Psalm 127:1)
