Did you ever think of the homeless in winter? But what about those who choose to pay their rent and heat....and then don’t have enough healthy food on the table? The St. Christopher's Food bank is in great need of hearty soups (no cooking soups please), boxed cereals and canned fruit! For our Backpack program (now up to 24 children every week), we need microwave Chef Boy-R-dee packs; small cans of tomato, chicken noodle, chicken and rice soup; peanut butter cracker and granola bars...other items as you can think of (the kids need to be able to carry it along with their school books. Let the Holy Spirit move you! Drop all in the bin inside the Church Hall entrance near the bathrooms. “To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good....If one suffers (we) all suffer..” (1 Cor 12: 7 and 26)
