Many thanks to all our parishioners who have donated time, talent and treasure to help the needy in our Community this past year. The homeless shelter is currently full to capacity, with both adults and children. Despite the "busy" time of year, several St. Christopher's parishioners found time to volunteer to help at the homeless shelter: staying from 6 to midnight, and preparing and serving delicious healthy meals, and bringing breakfast and lunch supplies, to the shelter guests. It is hard to be in a shelter, especially during the holidays, and even harder if you have kids. And yet you all made it a very special week. The guests there are so appreciative! Several parishioners will also be working and providing treats for the guests on Christmas Day! Many more offered but the spots filled quickly. How amazing is that? Please remember to pray for those in need as you gather for your family events. Wishing everyone a Blessed Christmas season and a Happy New Year.
