You’re invited to join us as we begin a discussion series on Contemplative Attitudes.  We will use excerpts from David Frenette’s book, The Path of Centering Prayer  The first 3 Attitudes are: Letting Go and Letting Be, Gentleness and Effortlessness, and Embracing and Being embraced by God.  Each Friday from 9-10am in the Parish Office.
