Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
 
Each week, we recite our parish prayer at the end of Mass.  In it, we pray that we will make generous gifts to many causes, if I am a generous giver.
 
I wish to thank you for your ability to live what we pray.  As we approach the end of this year, we as a parish have been asked to donate to the various causes of the Diocese of Wilmington through the Annual Catholic Appeal and we are assessed $109,000.00.
 
To date we have not met the assessment goal.  I ask that if you are able to be generous to this collection to please communicate with our office.  Those who have pledged thus far, I remind you of the deadline of December for the completion of the campaign.  Any shortfall must be paid through our ordinary income / operating budget.
