There are families who need help to get through each month.   “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want..” (Psalm 23: 1)  If that is so, who is God’s helper to make sure this is true?  It is the Holy Spirit in us who moves us to pluck an extra can from the store shelf!!  The St. Christopher’s Food Bank is in need of canned spaghetti and meatballs, beefaroni, ravioli and canned chicken and tuna!!
