Medal of Merit Announcement
On Sunday, October 8th , Bishop Malooly awarded the Diocesan Medal of Merit Award to individuals from every parish in the Diocese.  The medal of Merit recognizes the outstanding service of parishioners to their parish.  The recipient for St. Christopher’s was Bob Healy.  Bob teaches Wednesday evening 2nd grade Religious Education and is always going above and beyond to share his faith with the students.  Parents receive weekly emails not only on the progress of their children but also suggestions for ways the parents can pray with their children at home.  His 2nd graders “adopt” confirmation students and pray for them and the class presents gifts to the students.   His presence is a blessing to all involved in Religious Education.  Please join  us in congratulating Bob on his award.
