We would like to congratulate all those who made their Confirmation on Saturday, April 27th. The following is a special prayer written by some of the students from this year's class, that I would like to share with all of you. Lord, we are thankful for the gift of your son, Jesus, for our supportive families and sponsors, and for our amazing parish. We are grateful for the opportunity of Confirmation in which we choose to continue to grow closer to you.   You reveal yourself in many ways: through the inspired words of the Bible, the teachings of the Church, the beauty of nature, and in the quiet of our own hearts. Lord, give us the grace to respond enthusiastically to the many ways you invite us to come closer to you. Please allow the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to work through us strengthening our faith, understanding, and love. We are prepared to serve as examples of our faith and we humbly ask that you continue to inspire us to shine as lights in a dark world. Amen.   Let's continue to pray as a parish for all those who came into the fullness of our faith last week at the Easter Vigil, and for all those who were recently Confirmed.
